These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pks98 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any services offered on this site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum required by your jurisdiction) and not a resident of any restricted territory to open and use a pks98 account.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, maximum bet limits and expiry periods. Figures are stated in PKR where applicable. Misuse of promotions may result in account suspension.
All transactions must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. We reference familiar local options as context for Pakistani users — provider availability varies.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals are processed. One account per person is strictly enforced.
pks98 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion. Using the platform implies agreement to engage with these tools when requested by the platform or support team.
pks98 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or breach of these Terms is identified. Legitimate balances are returned subject to verification.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and pks98 (hereinafter "pks98", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the website located at pks98.cam and all associated services, products and features offered therein.
By accessing this website, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has already been opened.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pks98.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pks98 is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani authority. This is not legal advice. You are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to you before using this platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's license conditions, whichever is greater, in order to register an account and use the Services. The Platform is strictly an adults-only environment. pks98 actively employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Note: Being 18 years of age does not, in itself, make participation in gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users are responsible for assessing their own legal position under applicable Pakistani and provincial law before registering or wagering.
Each individual User may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. pks98 does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform in a Restricted Territory.
To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process, including providing the information specified in Section 3.3 above. pks98 may at any point request additional documentation to verify your identity, source of funds or address, particularly before processing a withdrawal request.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pks98 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the pks98 support team immediately via the live chat or help centre. pks98 may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at the Operator's discretion at any other time, pks98 may require you to complete KYC verification. Required documents typically include government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. By using pks98, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, that all funds you deposit are lawfully obtained and that you are engaging with the Platform voluntarily and in full awareness of the risks associated with gambling.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pks98 platform:
pks98 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.
pks98 accepts deposits through various payment methods, which may include bank transfers and digital wallet options familiar to Pakistani users, such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as international bank transfers (referencing institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual examples) and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The mention of these payment providers does not imply that they endorse, support or are affiliated with pks98 or with gambling activities. Availability of specific methods, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are subject to change and may vary by payment provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review. pks98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 4.4), the absence of active bonus wagering obligations and satisfaction of any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit. Processing times vary by method and provider. pks98 does not accept liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in the currency selected at account registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amounts are shown, these are illustrative unless confirmed in a specific promotional communication from pks98.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pks98 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution percentages, bonus expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are stated in the relevant promotional communication. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a promotional communication, the promotional communication shall take precedence with respect to that specific offer.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a stated 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount multiplied by 30 must be bet in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested. PKR amounts used in promotional examples are illustrative unless otherwise confirmed.
While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round, spin or wager. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
pks98 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns indicative of abuse — including but not limited to low-variance gameplay designed solely to clear wagering requirements, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts and systematic exploitation of deposit match structures — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not satisfied within the specified expiry window will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on the pks98 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. These rules govern settlement, void conditions, postponement handling and in-play bet acceptance. Sports covered include Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 leagues, football, UFC and other events as listed in the sportsbook from time to time.
All casino and live dealer games are operated under the rules published within the game interface itself. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages, where displayed, are theoretical long-term figures and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, systems error or human error that results in an incorrect odds quotation or game outcome, pks98 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount. pks98's decision in such cases is final and binding.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and may be adjusted by the Operator without prior notice.
pks98 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. By using the Platform, you agree to engage with the responsible gambling tools available to you, particularly if requested to do so by the support team or the Platform's automated monitoring systems.

All content on the pks98 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text and structural layout — is the intellectual property of pks98 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from pks98.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pks98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from gambling activity, Platform unavailability, transaction processing delays or technical malfunctions.
pks98's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pks98 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, provision of false information or violation of any applicable law.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.
Upon termination for breach, pks98 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits made in good faith and not implicated in any breach will be returned subject to applicable verification and regulatory requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pks98 holds its operating licence. This is not the jurisdiction of Pakistan; users are reminded that Pakistani courts and authorities may have separate and potentially conflicting jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome or account decision, you should contact the pks98 support team in the first instance. pks98 will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through internal channels, the dispute escalation procedures set out by the Operator's licence jurisdiction shall apply.
pks98 does not accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes relating to platform usage. Nothing in this section prejudices any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
pks98 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
